Kohasi is operated by Korytsia Hasikovska, autónomo registered in Valencia, Spain (NIE [NIE — replace before launch], address [Valencia address — replace before launch]). We are the data controller for personal data collected through kohasi.com. Contact: hello@kohasi.com.

3. Who we share data with
We share data only with: (a) our shipping carrier, to deliver your order; (b) our payment processor (Shopify Payments / Stripe), for payment processing; (c) our email platform, for transactional and marketing messages. We do not sell personal data. We do not transfer data outside the EEA except where our service providers maintain EU-equivalent safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions).
4. How long we keep data
- Order data: 7 years, for Spanish tax and accounting compliance.
- Newsletter consent records: until you withdraw consent.
- Website logs: 90 days.
5. Your rights
Under GDPR and Spain's LOPDGDD you have the right to: access your data, rectify inaccurate data, erasure (subject to legal retention), restriction of processing, data portability, objection to processing based on legitimate interests, and withdrawal of consent at any time (without affecting prior processing). To exercise any right, email hello@kohasi.com. We respond within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish supervisory authority: AEPD (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos), aepd.es.
